Our Suppliers

We want to use as many local products and companies as possible. To achieve this we use the following companies. We place trust in these companies to supply us with high quality good which are ethically sourced.
 
 
West Country Fruit Sales and FH Manns For fresh fruit, vegetables, some dry food and cleaning products.
 
Essential Trading Co-operative For the bulk of our dry foods, most of which is organic.
 
Brian Etherington For high quality local meat and sausages
 
Lillie Brothers For all of our milk, cheese, yoghurt, milk and free range eggs.
 
Kernow Sashimi  We buy as much of our fish as possible from here, they are super local, fishing only in Falmouth Bay.
 
Matthew Stevens The rest of our fish comes fresh or frozen from here, all still Cornish.
 
We only purchase fish recommended on the Cornwall Good Seafood Guide. 
 
Stones Bakery Any bread we don't bake at Marlborough, comes from Stones in Falmouth.
 
Chaffins We use local company Chaffins for any dry goods we can't get from Essential, also some frozen products such as peas and sweetcorn.
 
Cusgarne Organic Farm We often source vegetables from this farm in Truro.
